Our services include
Data Capturing : Our proprietary software and process of data entry, experienced data entry operators and proofreaders, coupled with stringent QA checks at various stages give output with accuracy level exceeding 99.995%. We process jobs on various word processors, publishing software and databases. We specialize in processing of encyclopedias, books and journals of academic nature - medicine, chemistry, physics, mathematics, religious, legal, financial etc.
Data Coding : Advanced levels of in-text coding and formatting requirements are handled for individual clients as specified. We specialize in some of the popular coding requirements as SGML, XML, HTML, Miles, Telos, Quark Xpress, MS-Word for Windows and 3B2.
Copy Editing : Our editors have subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in SSTM publishing. The staff is well-educated, English-speaking graduates. We copyedit various materials in the disciplines of Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, and Physics. The editing process allows the editors to focus on grammar, style and language usage, rather than completeness and structure of the document. Then it is further copyedited for grammar and style.
Data Conversion (XML) : Converting electronic data from one format to another is an area of expertise. A team of software engineers is deputed to undertake the conversion jobs in various required formats. The captured data is converted into SGML/XML/HTML format or any other generic word processing format (MS Word, Word Perfect, miles, 3B2, Quark etc.) specified by the customer. We have been successfully handling projects involving the conversion of Text and Graphic images into a specified format like PDF/HTML/SGML/ XML with hyper-linkages embedded within. This service is generally provided to large publishing houses for purposes of archiving or printing.
Image Scanning and Indexing : Scanning is done as part of the pre-press activity as well as for document management applications. Indexing services are also provided for the document management applications.

Quality Management System
Our Quality Control process design, coupled with an experienced team is regularly providing text-processing services with accuracy levels in excess of 99.995%. The process includes double keying and four stages of matching for verification, followed by the final proof reading. The keying and verification are done by software designed In-house for ensuring a minimum error level.
